Whilst business users are frantically exploring and looking into Proof-of-Concept to explore the use cases for Gen-AI application, we would like to share with you the proven framework in implementing a Gen-AI solution. This includes the challenges and lessons learnt, the role an actuary would play in such implementation project, and how actuaries leveraging the domain knowledge in formulating Gen-AI powered solution to elevate their skillsets and role further in the insurance industry. Actuaries manages risk, as such lastly we would also like to discuss how the model risk is managed. We will have a quick glimpse around the world on what regulatory is in place for Gen-AI and the principles that should be in place to ensure the outputs from the solution are not bias and/or hallucinated.
