2019 Group Life Waiver of Premium Report

This report is a follow-up to the 2005 group life waiver of premium study. This study covers the experience for waiver of premium claims between 2000 and 2015. Additionally we have included two Tableau dashboards, one for recovery and one for mortality, that allows users to make different cuts of the data. If any observation point on the dashboard does not have data from at least 4 companies included, then no point is shown.
A new version of the report was published on 7/14/2019. Chart 8.11.2 was updated to reflect recovery rates instead of the mortality rates shown in the prior version.
