This report examines current  U.S. countrywide residential exposure to flooding, considers how it could be impacted by sea level rise, evaluates how this could affect the financial health of residential householders, explores a new technique to determine whether it could impair their ability to meet their mortgage obligations, and analyzes the effects of defaults to other parties or institutions.
