The International Section recently hosted an event:

If you participated in this event, send us your feedback. In addition, we would love to hear from all our section members about what subjects and topics you would like to see the International Section cover in the future.

The International Section Council members encourage you to consider running for a seat on the section council. Section council members represent one of the largest leadership groups of the Society of Actuaries (SOA). Each of the sections are led by a council of 9–12 elected council members that help shape the activities and professional development programs within each professional section. The 2023 Section Election period will run from September 6–27. See the Section Elections page on SOA.org for more information. If you are interested in running for a seat on the council, fill out the expression of interest form. Forms are due by May 31.
