Connect with Your Target Audience
Get recognized as a supporter of the health actuarial community through sponsorship of the 2023 SOA Health Meetings. You won’t want to miss the opportunity to be a part of this exciting event and get in front of attendees as the community reconnects in Seattle.
Sponsorship opportunities are crafted to help bring attendees together, foster thought leadership, and associate your company and brand with this positive and reuniting experience:
- Networking Lounge – Sponsor a lounge where attendees can take some time to sit back, answer emails, or simply take a quiet break. Your organization's branding will be placed throughout the lounge.
- Fun Run – Always a fun highlight of the Health Meeting! Your sponsorship provides participants with an SOA and sponsor-branded t-shirt to wear as a souvenir of this memorable event.
- Agenda Board – Get your brand in front of attendees as they use the agenda board to look at the available sessions and where they need to go next.
- Lead Generation Email – Reach registered meeting attendees with a targeted email. The SOA will send the email on your company’s behalf. You provide the copy, images and links, and the SOA builds and deploys the email.
Want to keep it simple? Be a part of the Connections Lounge with a tabletop where you can interact with attendees. Or become a Friend of the SOA and get your brand in front of meeting attendees with special opportunities for logo placement.
Reach out to our Exhibit & Sponsorship Specialist, Lauren Scaramella, to start the conversation on which option would be best to help you achieve your goal.

Be sure to release these fish back into the wild for all to find. Earn points, by snapping a picture with these fish through the Goosechase app. For an additional challenge, one rainbow fish will also be hidden each day, Monday – Wednesday. Catch this fish before anyone else and bring it to the SOA booth, where an SOA staff member will snap a picture of you with the rainbow fish, for extra points and a prize. For even more fun and to create enjoyable memories, grab your peers, snap a selfie with the fish, and use #SOAHealth when posting to your social media.
