Dr. Erica Thompson
Dr. Erica Thompson is an Associate Professor of Modelling for Decision Making at University College London, Department of Science, Technology, Engineering and Public Policy. She authored the book “Escape from Model Land: How Mathematical Models Can Lead Us Astray and What We Can Do About It.” Dr. Thompson’s research is centred around the use of mathematical and computational models to inform real-world decision-making.
