The SOA collaborates with leading organizations that champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to reinforce our current approach, initiatives, and dedication towards providing improved services to our members, actuarial employers, the actuarial profession, and society at large. - Abacus Actuaries — A network of aspiring, practicing, and retired actuaries, working together through mentorship programs, networking, and other professional development opportunities to break the bamboo ceiling so Asians can achieve equal representation in the highest ranks of the actuarial profession.
- The Actuarial Foundation — A philanthropic organization for the actuarial industry in the United States promoting lifelong math education and financial literacy through its learning resources and scholarships.
- International Association of Black Actuaries (IABA) — A global network of thousands of black actuarial students and professional members, offering scholarships, mentoring and other programs and events.
- Network of Actuarial Women and Allies (NAWA) — An organization for women and allies that empowers and connects women of all backgrounds, races, ethnicities, and life circumstances to be successful in the actuarial profession.
- Organization of Latino Actuaries (OLA) — An organization that offers support to increase the number of Latino actuaries by providing guidance mentorship and networking opportunities.
- Sexuality and Gender Alliance of Actuaries (SAGAA) — An organization that aims to facilitate connections between LGBTQ+ actuaries and allies to engage in community-wide dialogue about LGBTQ+ issues. This group intends to create a safe space for dialogue, community, and career encouragement, while also educating the broader actuarial profession.
- South Asian Network of Actuaries (SANA) — An organization founded to establish a strong network of current and aspiring South Asian actuaries worldwide and provide professional advancement opportunities, early actuarial education support, and broader community upliftment.
