The Society of Actuaries’ (SOA’s) Long-Term Growth Strategy intends to strengthen the profession to face the challenges ahead and expand our community to represent the populations we serve. To increase diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in the actuarial profession, we will continue to include events with a DEI focus in each one of our major professional development meetings and expand to new opportunities. Register for these events as part of your personal and professional development as an actuary.
