The panelist discusses the three key classes of documents within the manual: the Statutory Statement of Accounting Principles [SSAP] Appendix A consisting of various excerpts from NAIC model laws and regulations, and Appendix B, containing interpretations of the Emerging Accounting Issues Working Group.
