Description: A number of companies are beginning to see purpose as a necessary ingredient to innovation. A sense of purpose, defined as a driving mission outside of simply making money, helps a company understand its customers, develop new ideas, and accelerate innovation. Research shows that organizations that demonstrate a higher purpose are in a better position to innovate and take control of their future. Presenters will look at the intersection of purpose and innovation and explore why women are wired to flourish in highly collaborative, purpose-driven work environments.
