Description: Covers experience from 1973 - 1978 on nonsmoker mortality to be used by the NAIC and its Technical Advisory Committee as a basis for developing interim valuation standards for nonsmoker ordinary business. Interim scaling factors to be applied to specified valuation mortality tables are also provided to develop smoker and non-smoker valuation mortality.
