Description: Experience study covering over 80 continuing care retirement communities, CCRCs, in California including 17 life care communities, offering retirees residential living and services of health care and personal care. Life expectancy experience of residents of CCRCs is developed in support of the California statutory reserve requirements for CCRCs.
