Description: Panelists stage a mock arbitration to resolve a problem of current interest between a ceding company and its reinsurer. The purpose of this session is to demonstrate how an arbitration proceeding may play out, and what companies can do to resolve – or even avoid – a dispute prior to going to arbitration.
