Description: This article was presented at the 1978 SOA Spring Meeting and it addressed how the membership of the Society of Actuaries feels about reorganization of the actuarial profession. Hopefully, the input received here will provide new insights into the difficult problems faced by the reorganization committees of the various actuarial organizations.
