Description: Panelists were members of the Society of Actuaries [SOA] Education and Examination Committee, who discuss their proposal for several changes in the SOA's method of educating and qualifying actuaries. These proposed changes are collectively called Future Education Methods [FEM] and Flexible Education System [FES], and they are described in a White Paper on FEM which the Society has distributed to the membership.
