Description: In the modern world, users expect a top-notch user experience on whatever device they are using. Marketing, distribution, and user experience have become the trinity in finding, acquiring, and keeping a user through the end of an application process. Recently, particularly in the post-COVID digital-first world, many insurance companies have transformed their technology teams to build significantly improved user-experiences on their websites and mobile apps. The designs are often limited by the insurance products that the consumer wants to interact with (and how they want to interact). In this session, the presenters will look at how actuaries can design the insurance product simultaneously to the user experience, and let the experience drive product development.
